What is Holy Week?
Holy Week is often called "the Summit of the Liturgical Year". We celebrate the Easter Triduum: three chronological days that celebrate the Mass of the Lord's Supper, Good Friday of the Lord's Passion, and the Mass of the Resurrection of Our Lord (Easter Vigil). This marks the end of the Lenten season, and leads us to the Liturgical Season of Easter.
On Easter Sunday we celebrate the Resurrection of the Lord.
